HOW TO ENTER!
If you feel your Mom's Group/Club (official or unofficial) could benefit from custom photography coverage of a play date/event, as well as individual images of each mommy and child(ren); all you need to do is fill out the form on the right and spread the word for others to nominate your group!
To Earn Extra Entries:
• "Like" TDF on Facebook and as a THANK YOU you get an extra entry for your group.
*Post an image on TDF WALL adding your name and group name.
*Send, Share, Post the link anywhere (facebook, twitter, blog, mom's group site) and ask people to type VOTE in the comment box.
Nomination Rules:
All "voters" must be 18 years and old, be a resident of Canada.
"Mom's" = Mothers or guardians attending assigned event/playdate.
Mom's groups "DEFINED"... minimum of 4 mommies who unofficially meet at Tim Horton's once a week or a large web based mommy group with lots of meets, activities etc
The assigned play date/event coverage must be held at a location within 40km from Hamilton, Ontario.
Assigned event or playdate attendants must consent to being photographed/having their children photographed, by signing standard release form. You may view a copy of this form
6 hours of custom photography services with award winning family photographer Tanya Field c/o TDF Photography (event coverage, and individual mom/child sessions)
Up to 50 participants. 2000 images taken. Min. 200 images edited to the highest quality
Password protected online gallery will provide each participant with a coupon code to download FIVE (5) free HIGH RESOLUTION/WATERMARK FREE Images of their choice for personal use, other visitors (group/guests of group) will be able to purchase gorgeous prints, image gifts and additional image downloads at custom mom group rates from an exclusive high end printing lab.
50% of all purchases (before shipping and taxes) will be DONATED back courtesy of Tanya Field - TDF Photography to the winning group.
Each participant will be provided with a print release allowing you to print at any imaging lab desired.
Gallery will be provided for ONE YEAR from the assigned event/play date for further views, downloads, purchases and sharing.
ONE (1) Assigned group member will be provided access to download all the gallery images in low web resolution for website posting specific to the winning mom's group advertising/sharing blogs, social networking sites only.
Winning Mom's group will receive one year free adveritsing on TDF blog, facebook page, email blasts and site as well as a write up about about your specific mom's group and the benefits of groups within communities!
